Michigan is Everything-Friendly
Colorado is skier-friendly. Kentucky is whisky-drinker-friendly. South Carolina: golfer-friendly. Every state has a niche that it welcomes like-minded aficionados with. But Michigan, more than any other state, is EVERYTHING-friendly. Bike-friendly. Hike-friendly. Boat-friendly. Wine-friendly. Fishing-friendly. Beach-friendly. Etc.-friendly.
In fact, it's so friendly, it says "hi." There it is on the globe. Spin it any way you please, the only land mass from Alaska to Zanzibar that's waving back at you is the "Land of the Hand": Michigan.
MI Says Hi™ is a brand I created from scratch for both Michiganders (who already know the wonders of this incomparable state) and those who wish they were Michiganders (ie: the rest of the world), to spread the "pleasant peninsula" vibes far and wide.
The other reason I created Michigan brand, MI Says Hi, from scratch is an oldie but a goodie for me: I'm obsessed with originality. Not surprisingly, Michigan's supremacy among states has captivated more than a few artists and brand makers. Michigan-related t-shirts and other apparel and goods are all over the internet and every souvenir shop from the U.P. to PawPaw. But so many reek of sameness and lack imagination. MI Says Hi is the opposite. I'm out to explore only new avenues of expression to convey the magnificence of Michigan. Hope you'll join me.
