By downloading digital products (referred to as "assets" in this agreement), you (referred to as "I" or "me" in this agreement) are agreeing to the terms of use of the assets as specified below:

1. I understand and agree that Pete VR, Inc. is the sole and only owner of the digital assets and that all copyrights and trademarks associated with the assets belong to Pete VR, Inc. If there are any ©, TM, ® or similar marks included with the asset(s) I will not remove or otherwise alter them when using.

2. I understand and agree that I will only use the assets for personal use and will NOT copy, share, make available online in any downloadable or sharable form, or redistribute the assets online or by any other means (either free or for sale). That said, I also understand and agree that I am allowed to share the assets on social media as long as the assets in the post do not exceed 600 pixels on their longest dimension, and I will also include in any post that displays the assets this attribution line: "[Name of Asset] by PeteVR.com."

In other words: I will not share or sell the original higher-resolution assets that I purchased. If others want the assets, they can buy and license their own assets.

3. I understand and agree that I will not reverse engineer, alter or otherwise modify the asses in an attempt to share (as described in Paragraph 2) the assets as a new, unique or different assets.

4. I understand and agree that this license is a "single seat" license, which only applies to me as one individual, and if I am purchasing and licensing assets for multiple people—such as for a company or larger organization—I must email info@petevr.com to arrange for corporate licensing pricing.
